ClearView Window Cleaning started in 2014 when Mia Torres, a former property manager tired of hiring inconsistent contractors, decided to do the job herself — better.
She bought a used van, a set of professional squeegees, and started knocking on doors in North Park and Hillcrest with her cousin as her first (and only) crew member. What set the two-person operation apart from day one was simple: showing up on time, communicating clearly, and never leaving a streak behind.
Word spread fast. Within two years ClearView had outgrown the van, hired its first full-time technicians, and started taking on commercial storefront accounts downtown. Today, more than a decade later, ClearView operates a full crew serving homes and businesses across San Diego County — from La Jolla's ocean-view windows to inland Santee's dusty solar arrays — while still run with the same hands-on attention Mia brought to that first job in 2014.
We've grown, but our standards haven't changed. Every technician trains on the same checklist Mia wrote on a legal pad more than ten years ago, and every job is backed by a simple promise: if it's not streak-free, we come back and make it right.
